Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand life gets in the way and you are always welcome to reschedule. If you do not wish to reschedule immediately we can give you a gift card to reschedule at a different time you see fit. If you would like a refund we are happy to help with that as well. The following are the percentages for refunds from the scheduled date:

1+ week: 100%

6-2 days: 50%

Day before or less: 0%

Inclement Weather: Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We understand that inclement weather conditions can arise unexpectedly and disrupt your travel plans. To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone, we have established the following inclement weather policy for appointments:

1. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe attending your scheduled appointment due to  weather conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us to reschedule. 

2. Advance Notice: If you anticipate that inclement weather might affect your ability to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Advance notice will help us make necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate your needs more effectively. 

3. Timely Communication: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will closely monitor the situation and keep a vigilant eye on any weather advisories or warnings issued by relevant authorities. If we believe that the weather could impact the safety of our clients and staff, we will proactively reach out to you to discuss rescheduling options.

4. Flexible Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen weather disruptions can be frustrating. To alleviate any inconvenience, we offer flexible rescheduling options. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, we will work with you to find a new suitable date and time without any penalties or fees.

5. Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather, our standard cancellation policy will apply. However, we understand that weather-related cancellations are beyond your control, and we will make every effort to be understanding and accommodating.

6. Stay Updated: We recommend that you stay informed about weather conditions in your area and any travel advisories issued by local authorities. This will help you make informed decisions about attending your appointment.
